C.H.A.S.E. empowers District Health Centres (DHCs), NGOs, and Elderly Day Centres by fostering community engagement, promoting activity participation through targeted in-app campaigns with reminders to encourage involvement, and ensuring health and safety with features like vital signs monitoring and fall detection for elderly individuals at home.
